Painted in a few hours after taking time to select a good composition/viewpoint. My objective is capture an interesting image.
I am drawn to the shapes created by the natural light. I love the interplay betwween light and shade and all the colours that they contain. I vary my brushstrokes to describe the contours in creating distance, texture, and space.
